How the 30 minutes works

Minutes 1–10

We ask about where your company is today — what's working operationally, where growth is creating friction, and what you've already tried with AI.

Minutes 11–20

We ask where you're trying to go — the specific outcome you'd measure success against six months from now and what's blocking you.

Minutes 21–30

We tell you honestly what we think. If we're a fit, we explain why and what the engagement looks like. If we're not, we'll tell you that and give you at least one concrete action regardless.
