Work we built. Operators who run it.
EchoTexting is our own portfolio — SMS agents at production volume. GoulenCo and Villareal & Son are home-service operators, including small-market shops, where we shipped sites, lead paths, and the systems behind them.

EchoTexting
Pay-as-you-go bulk SMS for small businesses
Agent workflows run campaign sequencing, reply classification, and escalation routing — the ops layer behind a live messaging product we built and still operate.

What we implemented
EchoTexting is an SMS platform we built and run ourselves. The customer-facing product is pay-as-you-go bulk texting with two-way inbox, segments, and compliance baked in. The harder problem was the operations layer behind it: queues, retries, classification, and escalation that would otherwise need a dedicated team.
We mapped every decision point in campaign sequencing and inbound replies, then deployed agents to handle the volume work — scoring message outcomes, routing exceptions, and keeping conversations from dying in a side panel. Humans stay on the edge cases that need judgment or carrier-facing decisions.
Compliance is part of the system, not a checklist after the fact: opt-in and opt-out enforcement, quiet rules, and guardrails that stop bad sends before they hit the network. That same discipline is what we bring when we deploy lead nurture and reactivation for home-service clients.
The measurable outcome is capacity: a campaign and routing ops workload that would have required two to three additional ops hires runs on agent workflows at production volume. We broke the reliability problems on our own traffic first — then offered the method to clients.
“We do not sell a method we have not run. EchoTexting is where campaign sequencing, reply routing, and compliance guardrails had to work at real volume — or the product would not ship. That is the proof we bring into every Forge engagement.”
GoulenCo Roofing
South Bay roofing done right
Greg Goulenko · Owner
A conversion-focused roofing site for Greg Goulenko — clear offers, estimate and inspection CTAs, local pages, and a reputation loop that matches how South Bay homeowners actually hire.
What we implemented
GoulenCo needed a site that sold the work that matters — full reroofs and replacements in shingle, tile, and flat — without looking like a national lead marketplace. We built the public site around that reroof-first story, with honest repair-vs-replace language and service-area pages for Redondo Beach, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, and nearby coastal cities.
Lead capture is wired for speed: estimate and inspection paths with short forms, not a giant web questionnaire. Website leads land in a CRM-ready flow with source attribution so Greg’s team knows whether the inquiry came from organic, local SEO, or paid — and can answer before the homeowner calls the next roofer.
Reviews and local trust sit next to the ads and the map pack. We set up the Google review ask after completed jobs, response discipline for new reviews, and on-site social proof so the comparison after a click does not lose the job. City pages and buyer-intent content support local search without thin doorway copy.
The stack maps to our home-service systems: website lead optimization, reviews and local SEO, and the follow-up cadence that turns an estimate request into a scheduled inspection. Signal-level clarity on the offer; Forge-level build on the site and capture path.
“Perpetual Quest built us a site that sounds like how we actually sell — reroofs first, straight talk on repair vs replace, and a clear next step for the homeowner. Leads come in cleaner, and we are not fighting a generic template that could belong to any crew in LA.”
Villareal & Son Roofing
High Desert roofing since 1965
Abel Contreras · Owner
A local-first site for Abel Contreras and Villareal & Son — leak, storm, replacement, and commercial paths that match how High Desert homeowners actually call, plus an estimate flow that does not wait on a callback.

What we implemented
Villareal & Son has been in Barstow and the High Desert since 1965. The website had to feel like that — family crew, residential and commercial, built for heat, wind, and UV — not a franchise template. We structured the homepage around situations: leaking, old roof, storm damage, new roof, commercial, or not sure — each with a clear next step.
The instant estimate path is the conversion core: property details in, a pricing starting point out, without forcing every homeowner to wait for a callback. Inspection and emergency repair routes stay available for urgency. Service-area pages cover the ~50-mile radius with climate-specific copy instead of duplicate doorway pages.
On the operations side, we aligned lead capture with how the shop actually books work — phone for emergencies, estimate for planned replacements, inspection when the homeowner is unsure. That is website lead optimization plus the start of a nurture and follow-up layer so inquiries do not sit unanswered during busy storm weeks.
For a small-market operator, the win is not a Fortune-500 AI roadmap. It is a site and intake system that books more of the jobs already in the market — with licensing, Google proof, and a path Abel’s team can run without a marketing department.
“We have been roofing the High Desert for decades. What we needed was a website and estimate path that keep up with how people hire now — pick their situation, get a number or an inspection, and hear from us fast. Perpetual Quest built that without making us sound like a national chain.”
