4. Text messaging (SMS)
Program
Perpetual Quest may send SMS/MMS messages related to sales and marketing follow-up for our AI consulting services — including promotional marketing, appointment and scheduling notifications, and follow-up alerts about guides, quizzes, and inquiries — to mobile numbers that have opted in. This applies to messages sent under our brand via perpetualquest.com lead forms and related channels.
Consent
Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in SMS. You will only receive marketing or sales texts if you provide express written consent (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on a form and submitting your phone number). Voice callbacks, when requested, are separate from SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message types and frequency
Messages may include promotional marketing, appointment and scheduling notifications, and follow-up alerts about guides, quizzes, and inquiries. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per month, more if you are actively scheduling). We may also send one-time transactional confirmations related to a request you made.

Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may receive a confirmation; after that you will not receive further marketing texts unless you opt in again.

5. Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
