  • Contact details you submit — name, email, phone number, company, and message content.
  • Lead and quiz responses from guides, quizzes, strategy-call requests, and similar funnels.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (including via cookies and similar technologies, and advertising pixels where configured).
  • SMS consent status when you opt in to receive text messages.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver requested guides or quiz results
  • Schedule and prepare strategy or discovery calls (including AI voice callbacks where offered)
  • Send marketing or sales text messages only when you have provided express written consent — see our SMS Messaging Policy
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and services
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms

4. Phone numbers and SMS

Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in SMS. We only use your number for marketing or sales texts if you check the SMS consent box (or otherwise provide express consent). 5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, CRM, call/SMS infrastructure, analytics, advertising measurement). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

We retain lead and consent records as needed for business operations, compliance (including TCPA/A2P audit trails), and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify when no longer needed.
