Three programs. One direction.
Perpetual Quest designs, deploys, and governs AI systems assigned to specific operational workflows. Every system begins with minimum permissions and supervised actions, must prove itself against defined performance standards, and earns greater authority only when the evidence justifies it.
Signal diagnoses and prioritizes. Forge builds, evaluates, and deploys — with training embedded during rollout. Run provides managed governance and operational assurance, with Optimize as the ongoing phase inside Run. Reliable operation is the culmination — not training as a destination.
AI Strategy Advisory
Diagnose and prioritize — know exactly where AI pays off before you spend a dollar on it.
Signal is a four-to-six week advisory engagement where our team runs a structured diagnostic across your operations, identifies your highest-leverage AI opportunities, and builds you a sequenced 12-to-24 month roadmap with defined outcomes at each stage. This is not a generic framework applied to your org chart — it's built from your actual workflows, your current tooling, your team's capacity, and your growth constraints.
What's Included
- →Complete diagnostic of your operations and AI readiness across every major function
- →Ranked AI opportunities with estimated impact, effort, and sequencing rationale
- →12–24 month roadmap with defined milestones, budget ranges, and decision gates
- →Board-ready presentation to align leadership and secure resources
Engagement Structure
- Week 1–2Operational diagnostic — interviews, workflow mapping, tooling audit
- Week 3–4Opportunity analysis — prioritization framework, scenario modeling
- Week 5–6Roadmap delivery — presentation, documentation, executive briefing
Right for you if:You have a mandate to move on AI but aren't sure which workflows to prioritize — or you've had at least one initiative stall and want to understand what went wrong before starting another.
What results look like
A ranked list of 3–8 high-leverage AI opportunities, a sequenced roadmap your team can act on in the first 30 days, and a board-ready presentation built from your actual operations — not a generic AI strategy template.
What we won't overstate
Signal doesn't build anything. It's a diagnostic and a plan. The value depends on what you do next — and whether your org is ready to execute when we hand it off.
Build, Evaluate, Deploy
AI deployed in your business in 90 days. Not designed. Deployed — with your team trained as we go.
Forge is a time-boxed, outcome-defined program where our team works alongside yours to build, evaluate, and deploy a specific AI capability into a defined operational workflow. The scope is agreed before we start — which means you know what you're buying, what done looks like, and what the 90-day structure is. We build on OpenClaw and Hermes — our agent platforms — and use the simplest architecture that meets the workflow's reliability, control, and performance requirements. Multi-agent orchestration is added only when a single agent cannot deliver measurable benefit. Role-segmented training is embedded throughout rollout — not a separate academy after the fact. We don't hand off a deliverable and leave.
What's Included
- →Deployed AI system running in production in your environment — not a pilot
- →Complete documentation of what was built, how it works, and how to maintain it
- →Team training embedded throughout the 90-day engagement — role-segmented curriculum on your real workflow, not a post-launch academy
- →60-day hypercare period after launch — we're there when something surfaces
The 90-Day Structure
- Days 1–15Discovery and design — outcome definition, technical scoping, team onboarding
- Days 16–60Build and integrate — agent construction, workflow integration, iterative testing
- Days 61–90Deployment and stabilization — production rollout, training, launch
Architecture approach
We start at the simplest rung and move down only when the workflow demands it.
- Deterministic automation
- Model-assisted step
- Single agent with bounded tools
- Single agent with deterministic subflows
- Manager agent with specialist agents
- Decentralized multi-agent — only when necessary
Production-ready means evidence, not status. We do not call a system production-ready because it is deployed — only when eval pass rates, failure bounds, rollback, kill switch, volume proof, named owners for every failure class, and the rest of the go-live gates are met. See the full standard in the 90-day playbook →
Right for you if:You know what you want to automate or transform, and you're ready to execute. You've completed Signal — or you already have a clear enough roadmap — and you need someone to build.
What results look like
A deployed system running in production at the end of 90 days. In the functions we've targeted across our portfolio, the pattern holds: the most manual-intensive workflows see 40–60% reduction in human hours. The actual number depends on how manual the starting point is.
In our own businesses: NamingForce submission review dropped from hours to under 20 min per project. EchoTexting absorbed a workload that would otherwise have required two to three additional ops hires. Grademate scaled 3× without adding delivery headcount.
What we won't overstate
AI amplifies what's there. If the underlying process is broken, we'll tell you — and sometimes that means scoping a process redesign before we can build anything worth deploying. The portfolio numbers above reflect well-defined starting processes; starting from chaos takes longer.
Managed Governance & Operational Assurance
Ongoing assurance that keeps your deployed systems sharp — Optimize is the phase inside Run, not a separate product.
Run is an ongoing monthly engagement where our team provides managed governance and operational assurance for systems you already own. We monitor production, run evaluation and change control, optimize under versioned releases, support incidents, and meet you quarterly to reset strategy. It is for teams who can operate without us and want ongoing evaluation, governance, optimization, and carefully managed expansion — managed assurance by choice, not lock-in. This is how the AI you deployed keeps compounding instead of quietly degrading.
What's Included
- →AI system monitoring — health, performance, and reliability watched continuously
- →Prompt and model tuning under change control — versioned, approved, regression-tested, and staged before production
- →Usage analytics — reporting on where the systems are used, where they stall, and what they save
- →New automation recommendations — the next high-leverage workflows, ranked as they surface
- →Quarterly strategy reviews — roadmap reset against what's working and what's changed
Rhythm (Optimize lives here)
- ContinuousGovern & assure — monitoring, health, incident support
- OptimizeMonthly prompt/model changes under change control, usage analytics, ranked expansion recommendations, ongoing operator enablement
- QuarterlyStrategy review — reprioritize the roadmap and scope what comes next
Agent Change Control Standard
Action logs record what agents do. Change control governs how the agent system itself may change — a pillar of Run, not an afterthought.
- Version every prompt, tool, policy, model, and permission set
- Record who proposed and approved each change
- Regression evaluations before deployment
- Staged rollouts; compare new vs previous versions
- Automatic rollback on threshold breaches
- Production agents cannot change their own permissions or governing instructions
- Feedback collection separated from deployment authority
Right for you if:You've deployed AI — through Forge or otherwise — your team can operate it, and you want ongoing evaluation, change control, optimization, and incident support instead of leaving the estate to degrade. Managed assurance by choice — not because the system only works with us.
What results look like
Systems that stay reliable and keep improving instead of drifting, a steady stream of new automation opportunities turned into working systems, and a quarterly view of where AI is moving the numbers — so the investment compounds rather than plateaus.
What we won't overstate
Run keeps working systems compounding — it's not a rescue contract for a system that was never deployed or is fundamentally broken. And it's a defined monthly partnership with set deliverables, not an open-ended time-and-materials retainer.
Governed AI. Not wild AI.
Every system we deploy runs through a governance layer — built into the platform, not bolted on afterward. That's the difference between AI you can trust in production and AI your compliance team will flag.
Audit Log
Every agent action is logged with full context — who triggered it, what it did, what data it touched. Reconstructible after the fact, always.
Human-in-the-Loop
High-stakes agent actions pause for human approval — with proposed action, evidence, reasoning, and downside in the packet, not a bare button. You define the thresholds. See the oversight standard →
Permission Visibility
See exactly what each agent can access. Scope permissions per agent, per workflow — read and write separated. Nothing runs with broader access than it needs.
Governance Health
A live dashboard that scores your governance posture across five pillars. Know where you stand before your compliance team asks.
Why this matters more now than ever
Most AI platforms give you agents that execute. We give you agents that execute with a record. Every deployment we build runs on jaai.ai, our managed AI platform — the governance layer is the foundation, not an add-on tier.
When an enterprise compliance review comes, when an auditor asks what your agents did last Tuesday, when a high-value customer wants to see your AI controls — the answer is already documented. We built this because our clients asked for it, and because no other platform had built it right.
Not sure which program is right?
Most companies that come to us have some sense of where they are: they either know what they want to build, or they don't. If you don't know, start with Signal. If you do know, start with Forge. If it's deployed and you want it governed, optimized, and assured month after month, that's Run.
If you're not sure, that's what the discovery call is for.
