The Perpetual Quest Master Services Agreement ("MSA") establishes the standard legal framework used for professional-services engagements with Perpetual Quest LLC.
Important: Viewing this document does not create a client relationship or bind either party. The MSA becomes binding only when accepted or executed in connection with an applicable Statement of Work, Order Form, or other written client agreement.

Which Version Applies to Existing Clients?
The version identified in your executed Statement of Work, Order Form, or other client agreement governs your engagement. Publication of a newer version on this website does not automatically replace the version governing an existing agreement unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Client Agreements
Professional services may also be governed by project-specific Statements of Work, Order Forms, addenda, or amendments. If those documents conflict with the MSA, the order of precedence stated in the applicable agreement controls.
